This is the Rotate button. If you click on this button a circle will appear superimposed on your chemical sample window and your cursor will change to a curved arrow. Display this chemical sample window with the rotation circle superimposed. Within the CAChe sample window, the z-axis is the axis perpendicular to the screen and the x and y axes are contained within the screen. To rotate the molecule around the z-axis, put the cursor outside of the circle, click and hold the mouse-button while you move the mouse to acheive the desired rotation. To rotate the molecule around either the x or y axes, put the cursor inside the circle, click and hold the mouse-button and move either up and down or left and right. Rotate results appear in real time on the screen.
