Grading: The letter grade for this course is based on six
equally weighted units:
1) Examination I
2) Examination II
3) Examination III
4) Participation in electronic discussions at least once a
week and completion of weekly homework assignments
5) Group Project I: Evaluation of Chemistry Web Sites
6) Group Project II: Web Chemistry Topic Paper
Letter grades are assigned on a decile basis. A course average
of 90-100 receives an A; 80-90 at least a B; etc.
